Since 1992, local cable television viewers in Arlington, Texas, have learned cooking tips and recipes watching Cookin' with Carol, a half-hour cooking show hosted by Carol Ritchie. Her recipes are available in five self-published cookbooks, each based on a season of cooking shows. In addition to her television appearances, Carol is a culinary consultant and recipe developer, and teaches cooking classes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. |
