Nothing beats homemade treats for savoring or gift-giving for that special someone. Get ready for a fun-filled hands-on experience making Chocolate Truffles, Dark Chocolate Mousse from scratch, Two-Layer Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake Brownies, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. How sweet it is!

Basic Knife Skills – Chinese Menu

This is where it all begins. You’ll learn valuable information on selecting knives and how to keep them sharp, along with “hands-on” classic cutting/chopping techniques. You’ll practice your skills with this delicious menu (which is also perfect for the upcoming Chinese New Year Celebration):  Lettuce Wraps with Beef Sirloin and Asian Vegetables, Shrimp Fried Jasmine Rice, and Chicken & Vegetable Lo Mein.

Heart Healthy Seafood
Saturday February 27

If you are trying to incorporate more seafood into your meals, this is the class for you! You’ll learn how to select and prepare fresh seafood with heart-healthy cooking techniques. Recipes include Bouillabaisse (seafood stew with wine and herbs), Savory Stuffed Sole Fillets, Halibut Tacos, and Pesto Roasted Salmon.

Italian Cuisine
Sunday, March 7
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Spend a fun afternoon, rolling mini-meatballs, making pasta from scratch with a hand-crank pasta machine and learning how to make an updated version of a classic Italian dessert with these fabulous recipes: Italian Meatball & Spinach Wedding Soup, Tuscan Grilled Chicken Breasts with Homemade Fettuccine Noodles and Alfredo Sauce, and for dessert, delectable Tiramisù Parfaits.

CLASS ENROLLMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

All class fees are payable upon registration. Class size is limited, so we request that you register early. The class registration fee per person per class is $45, payable by cash, check, or credit card to The Kitchen Store. Students under 16 are welcome to attend (with paid registration), but must be accompanied by an adult with paid registration (except classes designated as "Kids" classes). Preparation for each class is always based on enrollment and requires planning several days in advance, therefore, refunds, credits, or transfers can only be granted prior to 48 hours before each class. We reserve the right to cancel or change the date or time of any class, if necessary, with notice and credit given to registered students. Menus are subject to change without notice. Questions?
